If  you like pancakes and if you like bananas, you are in luck!!!

I didn’t create this recipe but I sure did steal it off Pinterest and I don’t even feel bad about it! I love pancakes and waffles with that amazing syrup just like the next girl but you can’t love the calories and simple carbs that come along with it. Especially at this time of year! So you will be happy to know that the recipe ONLY has 3 ingredients and without all that high calorie and carb baggage!  I seriously made this recipe three mornings in a row. It’s super easy, tasty and guilt free! 

 

 

 

What you need:

  • 1 Banana
  • Cinnamon, about 3 dashes!
  • 2 Eggs
  • Agave for syrup (It’s low glycemic!)

 

 

Directions:

Mash banana

Mix in cinnamon and the eggs.

Pour and cook! (makes 3-4 pancakes)
